What’s the difference between Madrid and direct filing?
Madrid is a central filing route for multiple countries. Direct filing is filing separately in each country. We’ll recommend the best option based on your markets and risk.
Do I need an Aus/NZ/UK trade mark first?
Often, yes, depending on the pathway. If you don’t have one yet, we can file AU first and build from there.
Can you file the US/EU?
In many cases we can coordinate and manage the process, and use local counsel where required.
Will my Aus/NZ/UK goods/services wording work overseas?
Sometimes. Often it needs tightening or re-structuring for certain countries. We’ll handle that.
Can we prioritise countries to reduce cost?
Yes. We’ll usually recommend a “must-have now” list and a “later” list.
Expanding overseas?
Send your target markets and we will map the best filing route and costs.
